Hey Eric,
im a student at abbot beyne school and im doing a project on flowers and i have chose you as my inspirational artist as i really like how you use oil pastel in your work. It would be great if you could email me abit about yourself. Such as what media you use, who inspires you, what got you started in art. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I struggled some with inkwash at first.. but this piece worked out. What’s funny is, I almost decided on another piece to enter into the show! – Eric

that’s a really great inkwash – congratulations (belated) on winning an award! ink washes were the hardest for me in that class (i’m more of an oil pastel person). thanks for listing me on your site; it was really cool to win that award for animation
